New You Activity

This activity can help students to focus intentionally on Dream Banners from other students around the world. It can be done as a class, in small groups, or individually. 

Have students search for Dream Banners of interest using the Searchable Gallery or Collections from the online Dream Gallery.

Have them write down phrases or images that make them curious or surprised in the NEW column. 

Have them write down phrases or images that resonate with them or that they agree with in the NEW column. 

Have them share and discuss their findings. 

Appropriate for 5th grade and up as independent activity and with younger students as a teacher-led activity.
