Amanda’s globally recognized expertise in international education and research guide the development and implementation of Dreamline’s assessment practices and international engagement. Amanda currently serves on the faculty at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Jeffrey Harlan, Managing Director and Founder
Jeffrey brings thirty years of classroom experience to leading the creation and implementation of Dreamline programs. Dreamline started in Jeffrey’s classroom as he wanted his students to think broadly and to connect meaningfully with those who were different from themselves. Dreamline is Jeffrey’s shared dream.

Torian Savage, Vice-President of Urban Engagement
Torian’s eleven years of elementary classroom experience in the School District of Philadelphia with a strong focus on curriculum development and community connection inform Dreamline’s ongoing efforts to engage and support underserved urban communities. He is currently a teacher of 4th and 5th grader at Edwin Forrest Elementary in the School District of Philadelphia and is an active member of African American Educators Collaboration.

Barbara’s experience a the longtime Director of Teacher & Student programs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (serving 60,000 students and 3,000 teachers annually) helps guide Dreamline’s organizational direction for reaching a wide range of students and adults with quality programming.

Shaun’s deep IT experience in a wide range of industries serves Dreamline’s work which holds, in Shaun’s words, “a unique place in the world of service to humanity.” Shaun is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Brivo, a global leader in mobile cloud-based security solutions.

Wanda’s longtime career in marketing and communications in both K-12 and university educational settings in combination with her expertise in DEI leadership helps Dreamline reach and engage diverse audiences effectively. She most recently served as Assistant Dean of Strategic Marketing & Communication and Equal Opportunity Ombudsman at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture of Temple University.

Ron Carleton, Treasurer and Finance Director
Ron teaches fiduciary skills and strategies to bankers in leading US businesses as a principal of Financial Training Partners. He brings the same world class financial skill to ensure Dreamline’s fiscal soundness, and his extensive nonprofit experience helps Dreamline navigate grant applications and reports.

Lisa Fair, Secretary and Director of Fundraising and Volunteer Strategies
Lisa’s eight-year tenure with the Lower Merion School District’s Board of Education, serving as its President, brings practical perspective to Dreamline’s strategies for engaging donors and volunteers. Her work as an attorney in some of Philadelphia’s most highly regarded firms and organizations ensures that Dreamline’s compliance and intellectual property needs are well managed. Lisa currently serves as General Counsel and Strategic Consultant for Kravco Real Estate Company.
